The proposal and order summary describe the name, scope, deliverables, usage period, technical requirements, and limitations of the software, digital content, or service.
Total price and additional costs
The total price including taxes and any recurring fee, installation cost, additional license, or third-party cost are shown before payment. If a cost cannot be calculated in advance, its calculation method and the possibility of that cost are disclosed.
Payment and performance
The order summary states the payment method, service start and end dates, digital delivery method, and support terms. When card payments are enabled, the transaction is completed in an authorised payment institution’s secure environment.
Right of withdrawal
A consumer may generally withdraw within fourteen days after a service contract is formed. A clear notice can be sent to hello@cogitave.com.
If service should begin during the withdrawal period, a separate express request is collected. Where a service will be fully performed or intangible digital content delivered immediately, the legally required express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights are collected separately.
Complaints and applications
Complaints may be submitted by e-mail. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court under the rules and monetary thresholds in force.
Confirmation
Before placing an order with a payment obligation, the buyer confirms that this form, the order summary, and the distance sales agreement were available to read and save, and that input errors could be corrected.
