Personal data we process

During contact and contracting, we may process names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, company and role information, proposals, requests and correspondence, invoices and payment records, and security or transaction logs. When card payments are enabled, payment-instrument data such as card numbers is processed by the authorised payment institution.

Purposes

  • Manage proposals and contracts, deliver services, and provide support,
  • Meet invoicing, accounting, tax, and other legal obligations,
  • Protect information security and investigate errors or abuse,
  • Resolve requests, complaints, withdrawals, and refunds,
  • Manage communication preferences where consent or law permits.

Legal grounds

Data is processed where necessary to form or perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, establish or protect a right, pursue a legitimate interest without harming fundamental rights, or, where required, on the basis of explicit consent.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be shared, only as needed, with payment institutions and banks, accounting and legal advisers, infrastructure, hosting, and communications providers, and legally authorised public bodies. International transfers use the safeguards and transfer mechanisms required by current KVKK rules.

Collection and retention

Data is collected electronically or physically through the website, e-mail, contracts, invoices, and support channels. Each category is retained only for its purpose and any mandatory statutory period, then securely erased, destroyed, or anonymised.

Website privacy choices

The website stores a first-party consent record for 180 days so it can respect the visitor’s category choices. A service cart is stored locally in the visitor’s browser only after services are added. The current website does not deploy analytics, advertising, retargeting, or cross-site profiling services. Details and a control for changing the choice are provided in the cookie policy.

Customer accounts

Optional customer registration, authentication, recovery, security, and self-service processing is explained in the activity-specific Account Privacy Notice. Account registration is not consent to marketing, and payment-card data is not stored in the account system.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly, learn recipients, request correction, request erasure or destruction where conditions apply, object to exclusively automated outcomes, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

Applications

Submit a request with information sufficient to verify your identity through KEP, the registered office, or hello@cogitave.com. Requests are answered within the statutory period.
