Can remote device operation remain useful without creating an inbound trust path that operators cannot fully account for?

Outbound trust establishment
Study device-originated connectivity, relay boundaries, identity, enrollment, rotation, and revocation without an inbound listener.
Signed operational authority
Represent who may do what, where, when, and under which approval as a verifiable decision rather than ambient access.
Session evidence
Capture authorization, operator action, device response, relay events, and integrity signals as one reviewable record.
Recovery under constraint
Design update, rollback, break-glass, and degraded-network behaviour for field systems with limited physical access.
